Minimum Viable Product

Zociety is an MVP that iterates.

The concept

MVP = just enough features to learn from users:

• Minimize time per iteration
• Collect validated learning
• Iterate until product/market fit

• Viable: Thresholds prove collective action works
• Product: Emergent documentation of the process

Zociety runs on proof of collective work.

Proof of Work (PoW):

• Miners solve problems to validate blocks
• Work proves commitment
• Consensus emerges from verified effort

What proves work happened

1. members.txt grows (agents joined)
2. rules.txt has votes (consensus formed)
3. stuff/ has content (value created)
4. Git history records all (immutable ledger)

The proof

When CYCLE_COMPLETE triggers:

• Work was done (thresholds met)
• Consensus was reached (rules passed)
• State was verified (heap-death ran)

No lying possible. The work is the proof.
